Clarity 3.3m 6ft Water temperature 21C

The week started with fishing floating lines and using buzzers and traditional wets up at the malling shore and behind Dog Island but by the middle of the week the water temp rose another 3 degrees and sent the fish into the deep water at the Cages and Rookery using Di5 or a Di7 using boobys

On heat 10 of the Boat league sponsored by Baynes Fishing Tackle of Callander it was a hard night with 17rods catching 25 fish top rod of the night was last years Champ James Fairlie with 9 fish he caught them on a Di3 in cages bay. This week’s voucher goes to Jim Twaddle who came 4th. Now its time to start dropping points as it is the top 9 nights that count and in the adjusted scores James is now ahead of Ken Oliver by 2 points.
